The Hotel MutterHaus offers an extensive selection of food and drinks.
The focus of our hotel kitchen is on balanced, varied and fresh food for conference guests. We would be happy to provide you with individual advice concerning the culinary form of your buffet for your celebration in the Hotel MutterHaus.

Our conference rates include coffee/tea per person.
You can then decide on further coffee breaks, using the information provided in the Events folder – we would, however, be glad to make suggestions towards the event contract. You will thus save time and be able to devote yourself to preparing the content of your meeting.

Lunch buffets and evening meals
Our lunch buffets start at € 17.50, e.g.
- Fine cream soup with herbs
- Fillet of chicken breast with vegetable julienne and mixed rice
- Creamy yoghurt with mango chutney
- Vegetable bouillon
- Salmon in tarragon and lemon sauce with green tagliatelle and a small vegetable bouquet
- Light mousse
We would be happy to advise you on more lavish evening buffets, special menus, sophisticated or traditional finger food etc.
